My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Baby. I am a gorgeous all-white cat. I am so pretty. I have a mellow, very sweet, kind-hearted nature. I'm a softy and a little on the shy side. I do really well with other cats and prefer a home with another cat (or more). The companionship helps me feel more secure and less shy. I came to the Rescue shortly after giving birth to four babies. I did my very best to take care of them, but we were living in such filthy conditions that we almost didn't make it. The Rescue got to us just in time. My babies have all been adopted and now that I'm spayed and vaccinated, I'm ready to find a family to call my own. I prefer a quiet household. I don't like a lot of loud noise and chaos. I'm a calm cat who enjoys quiet time with my people, lounging with other kitties, watching the birds out the window and napping atop my cat tower. I was born in August 2010. Please give me a chance to be a great cat. Adoption fee: $60 and includes testing, deworming, vaccinations and spay.

Adoption Process:
Complete the application at the link above or send an email to info@pawsforliferescue.org to tell us which pet you're interested in and we'll send you a questionnaire that will help us make the best match for you and your new pet. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. This is a pending period to give your dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
