Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Breed: Flemish Giant Size: Around 10 pounds and pretty skinny, so he will be a big boy Color: tan Approximate DOB: Approximately 8/2010 Reason in rescue: This boy was being listed on craigslist as free to good home. One of our volunteers stepped and took him and thank goodness she did because he is very skinny. Personality: Rory is such an amazing boy. He is a typical Flemish gentle giant, and loves people and being cuddled and paid attention to. He's just a big baby. He tolerates being held and is very patient with whatever you want to do with him! He's going to make a family an amazing house bunny. Ideal Home: Rory would do good in any home. Because of his size, we recommend he lives in a puppy pen rather than a typical rabbit cage Special needs: None! Friends: Rory is a good candidate to be bonded to a spayed female, or he can be adopted out as a single bunny. Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible cage, ideally a puppy pen. Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (email for the application), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption. Suggested adoption donation is $60 which includes his neuter, microchip and first vet visit. **Please email if you are interested in adoption. We respond to all emails within 24 hours** Recommended Food: Oxbow or Kaytee timothy pellets, timothy hay, and 2-3 servings of veggies a day, especially fresh greens like romaine, green leaf, dandelion, spring or baby mixes, etc. Bedding: Newspaper, Yesterday's News, Cellsorb, or Carefresh
