Cordelia TRAINED's Story...
Cordelia is the kind of the dog who isn't afraid to show you she loves you. She loves big time and with all of her heart, which is how the breed should be. When she plays with other dogs she puts on quite the vocal display with barking, playful growls, and lots of slobbery mouthiness. She has never been aggressive with other dogs, just very vocal and likes to wrestle and jump around like a puppy. She's not a puppy, though, she's house trained and around 60#. Lives with and plays with a little dog and also lives with cats. We're working with her on manners since she would be a champion weight puller if we let her drag something. Fantastic dog and is as gorgeous in person as in her pictures. Her adoption is $175. She was originally found abandoned in a garage in Gary. Clearly she deserves much better! ****She finishes 8 weeks of training on 12-7-11 and would EXCEL at training if she goes on to intermediate and advanced. She is a super smart girl!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cordelia TRAINED, a Crown Point American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Crown Point, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Crown Point.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Crown Point already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Crown Point breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Crown Point paves the way for another one to be saved.
