Hi! My name is Dusty, and I’m approximately 9 years old. I’m a really good boy and have done very well in my foster home. I’m good with other dogs, great with children (they love my gentle ways) and am friendly with all people.

I am very grateful to be warm, safe and loved. Before coming here, I lived on a chain in a chicken coop for eight years, ever since I was a little pup. I was physically hurt before, but I’m still very trusting and loving. I don’t have a mean bone in my body. I’m not food aggressive either. I’ve done very well with housetraining. Once in a while I’ll have an accident if I’m not let out for quite a while.
