Every once in awhile you come across a dog with the wisdom of the ages - - a wise old soul that you wish could tell you the story of where she's been and what what she's seen. Bonita is that dog. She is a young adult who has the gentleness and calm of a sage; an attentive girl with impeccable manners who knows the love of humans. And that is what makes it all the more puzzling - - how someone could just abandon a girl this good on the streets of rural Arkansas and walk away. Bonita is terrific with other dogs and she is great with people of all ages, from children to seniors. We think Bonita is about 2 years old and her mix is just a guess.
