Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bear is a 4 year old large black male Lab. He was picked up as a stray by Animal Control. Bear appears to have had a pretty good life for he was neutered, heartworm negative and over fed by his former owners. Poor Bear went missing and no one came looking for him. He is such a gentleman! Bear walks great on the leash and constantly looks back to make sure that you are still there holding the leash. He can jump up in an SUV even with his weight of almost 85 lbs! He travels great in the car, did fine in the crate but probably doesnt need one. He appears housetrained as he did his business as soon as I took him out of the shelter. Bear likes other dogs and does not appear to be a barker. Bear is pretty laid back but could stand to loose a few pounds! This big boy is such an awesome Lab. He has a heart of gold and is as cuddly as a Teddy Bear! If you are looking for a large Lab that is easy going and has the most docile dispostion....Bear is the lab for YOU!
