Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Her face is round and she weighs just over 10.5 pounds. Her shape is compact, not long and lanky. She's a very pretty solid black cat about two years old with light green eyes.
Natiri stands on her back legs like a dog when she wants a treat or for you to pick her up (like a child). She is very loving. She is a dominant female cat and bullies those that will let her.
Natiri was rescued locally two years ago as a kitten and adopted by an ASU student who has received a grant to complete studies in his home state of Hawaii. He thought Natiri was rehomed, but wasn't happy with the placement and has asked SOS Kitty to rehome Natiri. (He barely got to his airplane!)
Natiri was scared when she arrived, but was asking for her wet food in the kitchen and putting the aggressive other cats in their places within two weeks. She comes right up to me wanting to be pet. She has lived with only her owner for two years, so is not used to much commotion but is adapting well. She loved to play games with him and was a good companion. She is black and beautiful and healthy, with a gleeming, soft coat; bright shining eyes and sound teeth.
She stands on her back legs like a dog to collect treats or ask to be picked up!! She's really a personality!
Natiri retested negative for FeLV and FIV 12/27/11 and received her distemper booster at the same time. She was very good with the vet and we think she will be a wonderful companion.
Natiri seems like she would be a great family cat, but hasn't been seen with children or dogs. 480-694-9998
