Hi everybody!
My name is Harper and I'm a very handsome bichon boy of three. I’m a happy and lovable guy who is as playful and sweet as I am handsome.

When you see me, you’ll also see a smile on my face. Know why? Because I'm a happy guy who loves life. Mom says I'm still like a puppy in many ways. One of my favorite things to do is to play, especially with my squeaky toys. I’m lucky because Mom and I play "fetch"…. she throws the toy and then I run and get it and bring it back. (She says that when I walk back with the toy, I have a look on my face that makes her melt.) And I love to play tug-of-war, too, where somebody holds one end of the toy, and I hold the other. It's fun! Mom says I will play and play and play – and that a tennis ball is as much fun as a squeaky toy!

Now I don’t mean to brag but I'm very smart and that I learn very fast. For example, I am completely housebroken (I learned to use the doggy door in no time at all!) That makes Mom and Dad really happy. And I don't chew on things, just my squeaky toys. I love to play with my doggy foster brothers and sister (and ignore the cats). And I love when my folks entertain and we have guests over! That means there are more people for me to enjoy!

The last thing Mom says to tell you is that I have "the biggest heart in the world" and that I love being part of a family more than anything! So if I sound like your kind of guy, please fill out an application and ask for Harper. I'll be watching for you.
