Da Vinci's Story...
Hello Everyone,

My name is Da Vinci and I’m a one year old bichon. My foster Mom says that I’m a bundle of love with lots of energy and a sweet personality. Mom says that even though I was a stray living on the street, I have a happy bounce to my step and think the world is a wonderful place. She says I have a zest for life and am a very joyful little guy.

Although I am only 12 pounds, I like to wrestle and play with my doggy foster brother. I love to give kisses and to play with squeaky toys and stuffed animals – and Mom says I am very eager to please.

I am hoping I will have a forever home very soon – with and an active family that loves to cuddle and take me for long walks – and will see to it that I continue my training so I can be the bestest bichon in the whole world. Mom says that, in return, I offer a loving heart, a desire to please and my boundless happy puppy energy.

So if I sound like your kind of puppy, please complete an application at www.bichonfurkids.com/application.htm - and ask for Da Vinci.

I’ll be waiting to meet you.
xoxoxo Da Vinci

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Da Vinci, a La Costa Bichon Frise puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise for sale in La Costa, or seeking a Bichon Frise puppy from a breeder in La Costa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in La Costa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a La Costa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise breeders who help with Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in La Costa paves the way for another one to be saved.
