Roscoe's Story...

Roscoe is a sweet Vizsla boy looking for a home. He does well with other dogs, but does not do well with cats or birds.

Roscoe is a sweet boy, but he does NOT like to be crated. He also has a lot of energy, so willl need to be crated. He has shown some resource guarding issues in the past; he is currently in a training program and has shown exellent progress.

Roscoe does well with children.

We are looking for an adopter with some Vizsla experience.

Roscoe's adoption fee is $300

All dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on their vaccinations, heartworm tested if age appropriate; treated for fleas/ticks and urgently awaiting adoption!

The dogs and cats are so very appreciative of your support. Together we can save these forsaken loving 'innocents' who are condemned to death.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roscoe, a Palatine Vizsla dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Vizsla for sale in Palatine, or seeking a Vizsla dog from a breeder in Palatine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palatine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palatine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Vizsla breeders who help with Vizsla rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palatine paves the way for another one to be saved.
