My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet WALDO - a gorgeous male approximately 3yr. old Labrador Retriever and Beauceron/Rottie mix. Weighting approximately 50lbs with a great shiny coat and beautiful teeth! Waldo was rescued just in the knick of time from Devore - a very high kill shelter. He is new to rescue and we are learning more about him, however we already know he is a FANTASTIC boy who gets along well with ALL dogs of all sizes and ages. We also found out Waldo knows a few basic commands already such as 'sit' and 'down'. He absolutely LOVES to play fetch and will bring the ball back and will wait eagerly until you throw it again for a good game of fetch! Waldo's personality and overall looks definitely are a lot more Labrador than Rottie (not that Rottie's are not exceptional dogs - I have a mix of rottie and lab and he is the BEST dog ever)....Waldo's head is lab shaped and his body is as well. Even his coat, it is a lab coat and his eagerness to please his person. Waldo also crosses his front paws when he lays down just like a true lab! He is friendly and obedient. Appears to be housebroken as well. Waldo is a complete love and wants to play with everyone. Waldo would do great in a home that will give him the love and attention he deserves - as ALL dogs do. He has the sweetest face and best disposition. Waldo's is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. His adoption fee is $225 which helps us save more needy orphaned dogs like Waldo who otherwise do not stand a chance at the high kill shelters. Come meet Waldo today! For more info: email soniaramirez_2000@yahoo.com OR call 626-991-0398. There is an adoptoin application and home visit required for all dogs. This is to ensure we make the best efforts to find our rescue dogs the best possible match as well as the adopter(s) who are looking to adopt.
