Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Weber is very handsome, athletic and cuddly, five-year-old, 55-pound, male fawn pit bull terrier-mix with warm golden eyes looking for a loving guardian. Weber is a fun, playful, and super sweet guy with a big smile, a funny little under-bite, and a short little six-inch squiggly tail. Weber was adopted from Chicago Animal Care and Control as a puppy. Sadly, he was returned years later. Luckily he found a foster home and is currently living with two other pit mixes. Weber gets along with most dogs his size, but he would be ideal as the only pet in the home with adults and teens to play with, and no cats. He is well-trained, and well-behaved, and knows the commands sit and down. He is perfectly housebroken, as well as crate-trained. Weber needs daily exercise to make him a happy dog. So, he’s looking for an experienced dog-lover who would find the time to take him for daily walks, runs, or throw a ball and play fetch. He loves to cuddle on the couch with his humans, but when you say go to bed … he runs to his crate. Weber is very healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested and fecal-tested. His adoption fee of $150 benefits rescued dogs. To meet and possibly adopt Weber, please contact his foster mom Julie at jkaychicago@yahoo.com or 773.592.8499, or foster dad Tim at timdavoren@hotmail.com or 773-575-0831.
