Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Little Red-Razzleberry was dumped at the Riverside shelter after her owners were through using her as a back yard breeding mom. Razzy is a 6 year old, 10 pound, pure bred, Poodle with gorgeous red curls. Because of her beautiful color, this sweet girl was kept in a cage most of her life and forced to produce litter after litter of puppies. As a result, Razzy has a few broken teeth from chewing the bars of her cage and a painful ear infection that had been left untreated for years. If all of that was not bad enough, poor Razzy had been “de-barked” so her owners could not hear her complain about her horrible living conditions.
Now Razzy is completely recovered and has started the journey to a new happy life. Her ear infection has been treated, her teeth have been cleaned and her badly matted coat has been replaced with a short bed of soft curls that are growing out beautifully. Razzy is a very sweet but shy gal that will need a little time to feel at home in her new surroundings. She has the spirit of a survivor and will make a fabulous companion and lap warmer for someone special.
Our adoption fee for Razzy is $250 and includes her spay, registered microchip, vaccines, treatment for fleas and worms, grooming, treatment for her ear infection and a full dental cleaning!
