Dina's Info...

I am good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Dina's Story...

Dina is a very active little girl, a bit of a tomboy. She loves to play and run around my kitchen when ever she gets the chance. Loves to cuddle too and is also easily trained. She's very much like Shrek (her brother, pictured)when it comes to being in-tune with emotions and feeling sad when they notice their foster is frustrated. She's afraid of heights and is getting used to being picked up still. She'll need someone who will handle her with care when being picked up or in high places, so she'll feel like she can trust that person and get over her fear. She also loves food, people and other animals.

All dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on their vaccinations, heartworm tested if age appropriate; treated for fleas/ticks and urgently awaiting adoption!

The dogs and cats are so very appreciative of your support. Together we can save these forsaken loving 'innocents' who are condemned to death.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dina, a Palatine Labrador Retriever/Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Boxer for sale in Palatine, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Boxer puppy from a breeder in Palatine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palatine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palatine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Boxer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palatine paves the way for another one to be saved.
