My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Flicka is heartbroken. She was recently adopted, loved her new person and was much loved in return. But her adopter was suddenly taken ill and is no longer able to live at home. So Flicka is once again looking for a loving home and people to call her own.

Flicka is people-oriented and will gladly greet your visitors. She does love to follow you around but is not annoying about it. She has a cute little chirp when she's with you, like she's trying to tell you her story. But she will go off by herself and sit in a sunny window watching the birds, or curl up for a nice cat nap. She also enjoys sitting next to you on the sofa while you watch TV or read. We know that she was tormented by the other resident cat in her original home so for this reason she needs to be the only cat in the household. Flicka is eager to find her own people to love again. Could it be you, or someone you know?

Flicka is 2 years old, has tested negative for both FeLV and FIV, is up to date on all her vaccinations, and receives a monthly flea preventative. Her adoption fee is $100.
