Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sir Tut
10 Year Old Male Ruddy Abyssinian
Regular adoption fee: see below
Update on Sir Tut - 9/16/12: Sir Tut continues to develop in his foster home. Tut is a very relaxed, happy boy. The biggest change in Tut is that he is now sharing part of his day with Zena, the 5yo Aby. He is watchful over where she is but is happily investigating his new environment. The other major change for a new owner is his diet. He is now eating Wellness and Evo canned foods and Evo dry food, raw turkey and beef, chicken baby food and boiled chicken breast. Tut is an amazing boy and an adopter would be lucky to share a life with him
New bio:
I’m a relaxed, happy Abyssinian boy. I love to give head butts, talk with you, lay in a sunny window, sit at the computer and help you with what you are working on, and want to be where you are, sharing our day together. You will know I am happy because I will sit by you and purr with delight. I am the nicest boy and my requirements are few: attention and love, a clean box, food and water (a dripping faucet is nice or my own cup of water).
I came into rescue at 5 1/2 pounds. I was so sad and thin. I was mad at having been in a shelter but also I was mourning the loss of the man who loved me for so long. Since I have always been an only cat, I would prefer to rule my new home by myself, but might share it with a very gentle dog with the proper introduction. I would prefer a quiet home with someone who will treasure me.
I am healthy, neutered, FELV/FIV negative, current on vaccinations and microchipped. I also had a senior blood panel done and all my values are in normal ranges. I have a gorgeous ruddy coat and beautiful green eyes and I weigh 9lbs. I am fostered in Pleasanton.
If you would like more information about Sir Tut, call his foster mom, Karen, at 707-301-6425 or by email at k.pahler@comcast.net or go to www.purebredsplus.org and fill out an adoption application.
