My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello People,

My name is Joby and I’m an adorable Bichon boy of about 1 1/2, years that is. I’m equal parts sweet and shy, a darling little guy who is great with other furkids – and bigger dogs, too. My foster parents say that I’m a delightful and mannerly bichon with a lot of promise! (And I promise I’ll be the bestest companion to some lucky family!)

My doggy foster brothers are helping me to learn all kinds of things. We run and play and have lots of fun. When I see them I just wag my tail and off we go! Dad says I’m even starting to be mischievous – and that’s a good thing! He says it’s pretty neat to watch my personality unfold. (Honestly Dad, I didn’t fold it at all :>))

While I am shy at first, I’m finding that there are lots of pretty special human beings in this world! I’m learning that love and attention are good things! Mom and Dad are helping me become more comfortable with people - and I’ve discovered that ear scratches and belly rubs are pretty neat! So sign me up for more of them, please!

Mom says I’m very smart, that I catch on quickly - and that she loves my gentle spirit and sweet expressions. Dad says I’m housebroken, love my walks and car rides – and I’m also crate trained. I’m such a good boy that, after a long day of playing with my doggy foster brothers, I just curl up in my bed near Mom and Dad and sleep peacefully through the night.

I need to be in a home with another furkid or two – and with kind and gentle people who will be patient with me. There is no doubt that I will reward them with my sweet smile and quiet yet mischievous manner.

Do I sound like the boy for you? I hope so, because I am looking for my forever family who will help me to be the best furkid ever. Please complete our application and ask for me – I’ll be waiting to meet you.

Tail wags and sweet smiles.
More Joyful Each Day Joby
