Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Her name, Sweet Pea, suits this gorgeous girl purrrfectly since she's off-the-charts with affection and personality. Looking for a "Lap Cat"? Sweet Pea's your GIRL! She was saved from death row at Downey Shelter along with her first litter of 5 young kittens... probably still a kitten, herself. She was a gentle, loving mama and her babies adored her. Now that they've all been adopted it's Sweet Pea's turn to be someone's baby! This girl connects with you by looking directly in your eyes and responding to communication... as if she understands every word you say. She'd be an excellent companion for someone who works from home as she'll be by your side or hang out on your desk by day. By night, she'll cuddle with you in bed. Check out Sweet Pea's YouTube video & fall in L-O-V-E!!
Sweet Pea is listed as "Special Needs" on account of the fact that she needs to be on a low dose of Prednisone (once or twice a week by mouth) for an auto immune disorder she developed over the last year.
