Hope's Story...
Hope is an adorable 6 month old female chihuahua that we rescued off the euthanasia list. She was brought in as a stray and had severe kennel cough when she came to us. With a little love and medication she has come a long way. She loves to play, fetch, and run around the yard and wrestle with the other dogs. She has lots of energy, but also loves to snuggle, as well as lay around in the cool grass. She is a very sweet girl and would be a wonderful member to any family. She likes kids, dogs, and cats. She is looking for her furever home so she never has to find herself at risk in a shelter again. She deserves better than that. She weighs 10 lbs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hope, a Gilbert Chihuahua/Black Mouth Cur puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Black Mouth Cur for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Chihuahua/Black Mouth Cur puppy from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Black Mouth Cur breeders who help with Chihuahua/Black Mouth Cur rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
