Hurley's Story...
Hurley is a Take Me Home courtesy post. Hurley is not affiliated with Take Me Home. He is not under our care. Take Me Home is not responsible for any adoptions through private parties. For more information on Hurley, please contact Kim at (949) 842-3472 kalexander.oc@gmail.com.
Hurley is exactly what your family is missing. He is a precious, pure bred, male boxer. His temperament is true to the boxer breed, loyal, smart, loves to play catch with his tennis balls or tug on his rope. Almost 5 year old, he is housebroken and crate trained. Wherever you are, he will want to be. He has been raised from a puppy to an adult with the same family who desperately want to see him go to a good home. He is great with kids of all ages from toddlers to adult. He just wants to be loved and your reward is his sweet cuddles as he leans against your legs. Unfortunately, his owners are forced to move and cannot bring their sweet Hurley with them. Please consider adopting him today.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hurley, a Santa Monica Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Santa Monica, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Santa Monica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Monica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Monica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Monica paves the way for another one to be saved.
