My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

It's been over a month now that Banjo came to Save1Pet. He had demodex mange and was missing a lot of hair. It's not contagious and he now has hair growing back. A little boy brought this little pup and a kitten to the clinic that he had found. After the vet looked at the animals the boy told them he didn't have any money and no way to take care of the puppy or kitten.

Rescue calls were made and now both are safe. Banjo is about 12-14 weeks old now. He's had three puppy vaccines, wormed, frontlined.

Save 1 Pet is a 501 (c) 3 approved charity committed to helping homeless animals. We don't have a facility (shelter) but work out of our homes to foster the animals until they find a forever home.

Please be advised that for all adoptions, we will conduct reference checks, including veterinary references. Our adoption fee for dogs is $95-$200 which includes spay/neuter, heart worm check, current vaccines, worming and heart worm/flea/tick prevention.
For dog adoptions, we do conduct fence verifications.

When adopting an animal, you will be asked to complete our Adoption Contract.
