Chip-lap cat-video!'s Story...
Chip is what I call "the quarterback kitty"-he is popular, makes friends easily, has the looks, and generally knows how to get what he wants! This is the kind of kitty who will join your party rather than hide under the bed when guests come over. He's also enjoys cuddling when he has tired himself out and would love to be able to sleep next to his "person/people." Chip is 3-months old and full of energy, with a funny personality that provides endless entertainment. He would be okay as an only cat (more attention and lap-time for him!) for a homebody, someone who works from home or has kids who can keep him heavily entertained but would adore being adopted with sister Pretzel or into a home with another older cat too. Chip has been neutered and received his first round of shots, has received dewormer, and been given flea treatment. If you'd like to meet Chip please contact foster mom Ayelet at (323) 326-4713 or PAurora61@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chip-lap cat-video!, a Los Angeles Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
