Hi People!
I’m Murphy a Bichon boy about 16 months old who loves everything! And I want everyone to know it because Life is Good! I love my foster family! I love car rides! I love other dogs. And guess what? I love to play! Mom says I’m 12 1/2 pounds of love in the cutest of packages. (Can you tell she likes me?)
Dad also says that I am very agile and energetic. I have a doggy foster brother and we play buzz-around, tag, and tug-of-war. (I’m pretty strong and a very fast runner.) I love to ‘practice’ my running but I also know how to relax and enjoy the house when we come home.
I’m also curious about many things. Dad says I give clues about what I want to know and he knows how to interpret those clues. (Dad is really smart, too.) So when I want a belly rub, play time or to be held and cuddled Dad knows just what to do! He says that when he holds me I put my head on his shoulder and close my eyes – and I love being held and coddled. Or is it cuddled? You guessed it – it’s both!
I’m loving and quite playful. I’ve learned some basic commands. (I already know Sit, Stay, No and Off) and am anxious to please! Mom says I’m a happy, healthy, adorable and exuberant little guy who appreciates life. Dad likes to watch as I race around the dog park being chased by my doggy foster brother or his friends – then I’m happy to come in, find a lap to sit in and be held and cuddled. Mom says that makes me the perfect companion. She also says that when you take one look at me you will fall in love. (Sweet Mom! I know she appreciates me!)
I would love to have my own family and maybe a doggy brother or sister to play with and a person or two or three to snuggle with. In return, I will do my best to keep everyone smiling, feeling important and loved. (That will be easy for me because whatever family adopts me will be my whole world.)
So if you are looking for a best friend who will provide lots of playful moments and enjoys a good cuddle, then I am the dog for the job. And I am ready for my life’s next assignment.
