Tucker 1 yr old male marbled bengal mix

October, 2012, update: Tucker is doing great. He got over his shyness quickly.He is all about exploring. Look how long his tail is. Very nice friendly boy. He can be startled and taken aback easily but probably not for long as his confidence is growing daily. Very nice beautiful boy.

Here's Tucker. He's a beautiful young boy cat. In the shelter he was named Chunk so we changed that right away to Tucker. We have just gotten him and these are his first photos. We will have better ones soon, he is very photogenic. He is in his iso two story cage right now . That is not much fun for all of us including him but it is how shelter rescues begin. Our new rescues first have two weeks of isolation to see if they are incubating a shelter cold to make sure they don't bring some sneezes in to our other foster cats. Today is
10/10 and he only has a few days to go and then we can move him to a nice room and we will all be happier. We will then be able to get some better pictures. Not that these two don't tell the story. He is a beautiful young bengal boy.

He was a bit shy when he came in but he has let that go already. He loves petting and attention and comes right up to you. His fur is short and silky and his tail seems extra, extra long. So far he seems to like the cats near him. He really is basically still a kitten. And a very nice guy.

He was owner surrendered due to moving.

I will write more when I know him better.

He eats wet and dry and has been litterbox perfect.

His foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.
