Thelma (LE)'s Info...
| Breed: | Domestic Shorthair | Color: | Tiger Striped | Age: | Adult |
| Sex: | Female | Hair: | Short |
I am already spayed and up to date with shots.
Thelma was born in May, 2009. Adopted out at three months old, she has since lost her home and came back to us. A new puppy in the family dynamic has left her looking for a forever home once again. She is a sweetheart who is longing for the love of a human companion to make her feel safe and secure. She is very affectionate and loves the attention of a trusting hand. You could not find a sweeter girl or a better lap warmer. Thelma would most likely do best in a home where she is the only animal. We are glad we have the chance to make Thelma happy once again.
Thelma is vaccinated, altered, FeLV/FIV tested negative and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting this pet, you can start the process and access our pre-adoption application which is located on our website at www.startpets.net, click on "Pet Adoptions" complete the form, and send . We can also be reached at 973-785-1245 or email us at adopt@startpets.net. Please remember—out of state adoptions require additional time for approval; you must be 21 years or older to adopt; an application does not guarantee an adoption; not all animals on our website come to all adoption days.

Rescue Group Info...
Save The Animals Rescue Team, (S.T.A.R.T.) is a non-profit humane organization, founded by Annette Lamberti, that rescues stray, abandoned, injured, and abused kittens, puppies, cats, and dogs. The animals rescued are examined by a veterinarian, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and placed in one of our volunteer foster homes. Since S.T.A.R.T. does not have a shelter facility, these animals remain in our foster care until they are adopted. So many of these unfortunate animals are victims of pet overpopulation, therefore, this life-saving work is critical!!
It is our mission to prevent cruelty, promote spay/neuter, and to encourage awareness through education, while also teaching respect for all animals and the environment they live in. S.T.A.R.T. is a 501 (c)(3) private non-profit organization relying on and supported by tax-deductible donations, grants and group fund raising.
