ELSA's Story...
Isn't Elsa a little dumplin'! She is just a darling little puppy! She and her brother were 7 weeks old when they came to PAWS on 10-4-12. They were being neglected by their former owner and another kind person asked if she could have them. She knew she couldn't take care of them and asked PAWS to take them. Now this precious little baby is looking so hard for her very own family and a forever home. She's everything you could possibly want in a puppy and more!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

ELSA, a Anna Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Anna, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Anna.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Anna already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Anna breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Anna paves the way for another one to be saved.
