Micestro is a handsome little guy born around the 4th of July. He was found with his brother Mackenzie at a local resturant. Micestro loves to wrestle and tumble with the big boys in the house. He loves to play with his mice and spring toys and get into trouble, but he also loves to take long naps and snuggle up for a afternoon of TV. If you have room in your heart for this little boy and/or his brother Mackenzie give us a call!!
Micestro is vaccinated, altered, FeLV/FIV tested negative and microchipped. Save The Animals Rescue Team, (S.T.A.R.T.) is a non-profit humane organization, founded by Annette Lamberti, that rescues stray, abandoned, injured, and abused kittens, puppies, cats, and dogs. The animals rescued are examined by a veterinarian, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and placed in one of our volunteer foster homes. Since S.T.A.R.T. does not have a shelter facility, these animals remain in our foster care until they are adopted. So many of these unfortunate animals are victims of pet overpopulation, therefore, this life-saving work is critical!!
It is our mission to prevent cruelty, promote spay/neuter, and to encourage awareness through education, while also teaching respect for all animals and the environment they live in. S.T.A.R.T. is a 501 (c)(3) private non-profit organization relying on and supported by tax-deductible donations, grants and group fund raising.

S.T.A.R.T. does require an adoption fee, a pre-adoption application along with signed contract once your application has been approved. If you are interested in meeting any of our pets please call us or access our pre-adoption application which can be located at www.startpets.net, click on "adoptions". Out of state adoptions require additional time pending our officers approval; you must be 21 years or older to adopt; an application does not guarantee an adoption approval.
