Greer is an absolutely delightful companion. He’s on the larger side and working on shedding a few newly acquired pounds. At three years old, he’s beyond the chewing stage. He has an extremely soft coat. He’s quite high maintenance in the cuddling/affection department. He wants to be with you constantly and as close as possible. Every possible inch of him must be right up against you and he always places his paw on you somewhere. He appears to have some separation anxiety so another dog is probably a must. He did get out of the crate one day when we were gone for a short while. A former foster family reported that he’s quite the escape artist and can easily clear a four foot fence. Here, he only goes out on a tie out and so far hasn’t tried to jump any of the baby gates.
