Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This young, spunky, affectionate, energetic girl was picked up by the Animal Control Officer in another town and left in a filthy outdoor kennel for a very, very long time -- never being claimed by her owner, and to make matters worse, left in that same filthy outdoor kennel after the ACO quit that job. Thank goodness the ACO for the town of Bayard was compassionate and took these dogs in, rather than having them euthanized.

We do not know if Carrot gets along with other dogs (other than her female pitbull x friend she was picked up with) or cats, however, because she is young, she will probably get along with another high energy dog or puppy.
We also do not know at this time if Carrot is spayed or current on shots, but Puppy Dog Ranch Rescue will pay for both at the time of adoption.
Questions or interest in Carrot can be called in to Amanda, the ACO in Bayard, NM at (575) 590-1566 and adoption guidelines can be read at www.puppydogranch.org.
