Hi People,
My name is Julius and I’m a nine week old puppy who weighs four pounds and is
full of fun and curiosity, My foster mom named me Julius because she says I'm strong, tough and quite independent. She says I’m also very smart - why I already know where to sit, wait calmly for my meals and am already on my way to being housetrained (pretty good for a young puppy!)
I like to play with my foster doggy brother. We play chase and take turns initiating our play Mom says that while I like playing with other furkids and kids of all ages, I’m also happy to play by myself. She makes this big mountain of blankets with some chew toys and I play and play and play…. Mom says it's adorable when I tumble down from the blankets looking quite surprised!
Dad says I’m pretty easy going and very agile. When I have had enough rough and tumble play with my foster brother, I wiggle under the ottoman and sofa (because he cannot fit under there!) and I stay there until I think the coast is clear. (Mom says that is one of the cutest things I do, but there are many!)
I am very well socialized with people. I like big people, small people, young people, older people and even the vet. (Mom says he was captivated and happy to cuddle with me and kept telling me what a cute guy I am!) Mom says not to be fooled because I’m also a bit mischievous! I like to chase after the ball and snatch it every chance I get -- and I love to romp around the yard on the grass. She says sometimes I hop like a little bunny. When you’re not looking, I will swiftly pull at your shoelaces and untie them before you even notice. I’m that fast!
Mom says to tell you that while I may be small and tough I’m not too tough ‘cause when I'm sleepy I enjoy curling up next to her feet for a good nap. She says to let you know that I'm always up for cuddles and rubs- and I have a great big heart with lots of love to give.
