My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

When I was a little kitten, I was living outdoors with a bunch of other cats and wasn’t doing so well. I developed a prolapsed rectum, which not only made it hard to go to the bathroom but also attracted maggots (yuck!). I could have died, but Rock Creek Cats took me to a vet, who patched me up and got my innards working again. Now I live in a foster home and make nice stools in a litter box. I’m still shy around people but I’m making progress, and I purr when I get a good neck or back rub. It’s going to take time for me to come out of my shell, so I need an experienced adopter with lots of patience. Could that be you?
