Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there, I am a cat named……...what? OHHHHH, sorry, I am a beagle named Kitty. Seriously? Luckily my foster parents call me Kit Kat. Because they say I am sweet as a candy bar.
My favorite thing is people. Your lap will be my favorite spot. I love to be around people, and to get attention. Anywhere you are, so am I. Which, when you leave, or if I cannot be near you, I will bark for a minute or so, but then settle down. If you go upstairs, you should see how fast I can go up the stairs to be by you. Which also means you do have to be very, very careful going out the door. I know that the door means you are going outside, or for a ride in the car, and I seem to love to do both. So when you get near the door, I am already standing by it, or in your way.
Speaking of cars, I ride really well. I like to stand with my feet on the console and watch where we are going.
I get along well with my foster sisters. The younger one and I play once in awhile, but when I get excited and want to play, I bark at the other dog. And my foster sister doesn’t like that. We were at an event and I was with a bunch of other beagles, and didn’t mind any of them.

I am not an off the wall energy kind of girl. But I do like to run around the yard, and chase tennis balls, or will just entertain myself with a toy. When foster daddy gets home from work, I do several zoomies around the yard. So if you don’t have a fenced-in yard, long walks, or trips to the doggy park would be highly suggested. By the way, I walk pretty well for a beagle. See my video for some examples of my fun, and be sure to have the volume up.
We have a fenced yard here, but foster dad has been putting me on a tieout for practice and I seem to be all right with it.
But foster dad did say to tell you that when evening arrives, I am ready to mellow out and spend time on your lap snuggling.

I also do this great impersonation of Tigger. I jump up and down on my back legs trying to see/get what is on the counter/table……..oops, maybe I shouldn’t have mentioned that.
I am in my crate during the day, and don’t seem to mind. I do bark for a minute when you leave, but all is good after that.
Foster dad has been letting me sleep out of my crate at night. He puts me up on the recliner in the bedroom, and I curl up and lay there all night. And I sleep through the night. Foster dad says that is his fav part about me for some reason, gee thanks. BUT, I would sleep in the big bed if you would let me.
