NOTE: Bonded sisters

These poor little girls, Ayasha and her sister Orenda, came to us after spending more than a month in a cramped little cage together and we have no idea what they went through prior to that. They were scared to death of everything and anyone. They were really scared of a human standing above them and reaching for them. We are not sure what happened to them but we knew we had to rescue them and work with them. These little girls need to go to a home together.

Ayasha means little one and this adorable little girl has a thick full coat and the same cool mint blue-green eyes. She is slowly coming out of her shell. She plays but not with as much abandon as Orenda does. She is the more timid of the two. However she purrs much louder than Orenda.

Ayasha Update 12 9 12: She is a stunning little girl and still the shyer of the two. She is slowly beginning to trust. The video shows that she plays with abandon and more easily interacts with us. When you feed her or give her treats she will let you pet her and she has a cute little elevator butt when you scratch it. She continues to make progress every day. Could you be the one to help her trust humans again? The rewards will be priceless with this little girl.

Orenda means magic power and this little girl with her soft silky short hair and cool, mint blue-green eyes, does have that! She is the braver of the two…she’s the one that will play with pretty much anything and when you hold her or pet her she purrs real loud. When you lie on the floor with her she will come over to you and purr as you stroke her beautiful coat

Orenda Update 12 9 12: What a sweet girl Orenda is turning into. She now loves to play and likes to be petted and even held as the video shows. This little girl is blossoming out of her shell. She has the sweetest eyes and the loudest purr and lets you know how much she likes it. She is gaining more confidence every day. She is still shy with strangers but take about 10-15 minutes to play with her and she can warm up to you pretty quickly. Do you have it in your heart to love these girls?

Ayasha and Orenda are a true symphony when you have them both purring. The girls have made huge strides in the last 3 weeks. However, they will need to go to a quieter home with no children or dogs. You also must be patient and willing to give them time to adjust to all the changes and to you. They are cuddle bugs, but you must take it slowly with them and not rush them into anything. They need to trust you first and foremost. When they do…the rewards are priceless.

We will get some better pictures up in the next few weeks and update their progress. Could you love these girls...forever?

Ayasha (and Orenda) will come to you spayed, tested, microchipped and vaccinated. They are litterbox perfect. They will be spayed on December 18th and will be ready for their forever homes after December 20th.

They are fostered in Reno, NV.

About Our Rescue Group...
Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of purebred and other exceptional cats.

Our mission is to educate pet owners, breeders, and shelters about our breeds, and to place our cats with Forever Families who will give them the proper care and love they deserve. We carefully match cats with their Forever Families by evaluating each cat's personality, temperament, and special needs. Then we determine the best fit for both the cat and the new family. Please note that we do NOT ship cats.

Our adoption fee is $175 unless otherwise noted. This fee allows us to provide excellent vet care for the cats that really need it. The healthy kitties make it possible for the sick ones to be saved.

Come Meet Our Pets...
Our cats are neutered or spayed, vaccinated and FELV/FIV negative. We are not a shelter. All of our cats are fostered in private homes. We ask that anyone wanting to meet one of our cats first fill out our online application. These cats are treated like members of our family, and we want to ensure that you will do the same.

When you adopt from Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue, you are saving TWO lives - the cat you adopt and the cat who gets to take its place in Rescue!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ayesha and Orenda, a Vacaville Ragdoll kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Ragdoll for sale in Vacaville, or seeking a Ragdoll kitten from a breeder in Vacaville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vacaville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vacaville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Ragdoll breeders who help with Ragdoll rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vacaville paves the way for another one to be saved.
