Magoo's Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Magoo's Story...
Poor Magoo was surrendered by his terrible owners to a high kill shelter in horrible shape. His skin was a mess and he was very underweight. He sat at the shelter for weeks until his time was up. No one ever looked at this poor guy because he looked terrible. We saved little Magoo so he would not be euthanized. We gave him lots of TLC and got his skin back in shape and after a couple of Grooms by Kristy he looks like a show dog! Magoo is about 4 years old, he is great with other dogs. and he is about 12 pounds. Magoo would love a home for the holidays where he can have the life he deserves.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Magoo, a San Pedro Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in San Pedro, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in San Pedro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Pedro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Pedro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Pedro paves the way for another one to be saved.
