Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I am a very sweet and loving girl. If you have a rough day at work, I am the cure for that. I will be so happy to see you (I am so happy to see everybody)! I wag my tail so vigorously that my entire body wiggles! I like lots of attention and love belly rubs!
I get along great with my foster sisters. Sometimes we even cuddle up in the same bed (see picture). I am fine with cats too. Although, I sometimes like to sniff their faces and they don't like that.
I am great on a leash! I walk so nicely without pulling, unless I see a squirrel :) I can walk about two miles before I start to get tired. The first time my foster mom took me on a two mile walk, I stopped about a half block from our house because I was tired. So my foster mom had to carry me the rest of the way home. I kinda liked that :)
I am a slow walker though and a slow eater. When my foster mom calls me and my foster sisters in from the backyard, I am the last one to come in. I walk in very slowly, so slow that my foster mom has to make sure our cats don't take advantage and run out!
I am not food aggressive at all, even when the other dogs come and stick their noses in my bowl while I'm eating...I just keep on eating!
We are working on house training and commands. My foster mom has already taught me to sit before I get my dental chew after meals. However, I am usually so excited that I sometimes run off before I actually get the treat and she has to call me to come back and get it!
I am a little overweight, but my foster mom has me on a low fat/grain free diet. I have already lost 2 pounds but I have about 10 more to go!
Please consider me if you want a friendly, happy, easy going dog, whose also kinda silly sometimes!
