This gorgeous girl is Ginger, a three year old lab/hound mix that came to us from Tennessee in search of a wonderful home. Ginger came into the TN shelter as a stray and it's sad to think of Ginger wandering the streets all alone, especially when she is such a, "people person". She absolutely loves people....you wouldn't believe the huge smile she puts on as soon as she sees one of her new friends approaching with a leash! Ginger stands on her hind legs to gently greet everyone with a hug when they come to see her. Ginger is not a jumper and is calm and well behaved, she just wants to be close to you. She is just the happiest girl and the type that never stops wagging her tail. Ginger gets along great with other dogs and loves people of all ages. She would do well in any home where she will be loved and cared for, and welcomed into the family. Please give our gentle Ginger the great home she is dreaming of! 1/12/13 File#22216
