Cody's Story...
Cody: 6 month old male chocolate point ragdoll mix

He's a little shy yet but also so trusting he will just lie still in
your arms. Chocolate point means he is a medium brown on his head
feet and tail. His body is a soft cream. Of course his eyes are very
blue as a ragdoll's should be. He was brought to me by a foster mom
in Fresno who asked me to find a loving home for him. That won't be
hard.

He is a playful little guy who loves to eat. He has a little tummy on
him " baby fat". We decided his soft fur needed a bath and though he
would rather have been doing just about anything else he was nice
about it. We had fun. He is young for his six months and may grow
more opinionated as he matures but right now he is a sweet little
boy. As you can see. He is cat friendly and would like to go home
with a playmate.

He eats wet and dry and is litterbox perfect.

His foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cody, a Davis Ragdoll kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Ragdoll for sale in Davis, or seeking a Ragdoll kitten from a breeder in Davis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Davis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Davis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Ragdoll breeders who help with Ragdoll rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Davis paves the way for another one to be saved.
