Bronze's Story...
These adorable blue eyed babies were born in our rescue, after their mom Copper was found running along a busy highway pregnant. Thankfully a good Samaritan stopped to help, and this fivesome has been warm and snuggly in a foster home since birth. Steel, Bronze, Tin, Zinc and Nickel are all wonderfully sweet pups with a great disposition. Mom appears to be a spaniel-long coat dachshund mix, but daddy was a traveling salesman, so we are not sure the mix. Pups are 6 weeks old and about 4 lbs. We are taking applications and deposits to hold these pups, they will be ready to go home on February 22, 2013 when they turn 8 weeks old.

If interested in one of Coppers babies, please see our website for an adoption application at www.lovebugsrescue.org

Adoption fee is $300, and includes spay/neuter, registered microchip, 1st puppy shot, and deworming.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bronze, a Irvine Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Dachshund puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Dachshund for sale in Irvine, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Dachshund puppy from a breeder in Irvine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irvine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irvine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Dachshund breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irvine paves the way for another one to be saved.
