Heidi is an absolute Sweetheart with a capital "S" While she has never known what it was like to have a family or a real home she has amazed us. This girl loves people and would sit in your lap all day. Much like our Rosa she is very much a people dog. We have provided Heidi with a proper diet, veterinary care and all of our love. She is ready for her new home and will be a true love. We feel she would make an excellent family pet and cherished companion.

If you would like to meet Heidi just contact us at gsdadoption@savingpawsrecueaz.com for an appointment.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Heidi, a Phoenix German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
