My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

These are the words of Nick/Banjo's foster dad: "Banjo is the sweetest dog in the entire world!
Banjo is now almost 40lbs and seems like he might have a little more growth left in him (mostly just bulking out). Within the first week of having him he had learned to sit, lie down, and fetch. He also no longer jumps up on people and knows to stay off of all the furniture in the house. We are also slowly working on crate training him and he rarely ever barks at anything.
He loves all other dogs (although he might need a formal introduction to larger dogs so that he isn't scared) and is friends with every person he has ever met. He is gentle and calm around kids, and has the softest mouth of any dog I have ever encountered when giving him treats.
Banjo loves to cuddle and be loved. If you sit on the floor and pet him he will curl himself around you and roll over for a belly rub. He is great on walks and doesn't tug or pull. The list of reasons that Banjo is awesome could go on and on and on.
Banjo loves to chew things, but he has quickly learned what he is allowed to chew on and what he is not... giving him chew toys and keeping an eye on him in new environments has worked perfectly fine for us. He has never had an accident in our home.
Banjo is the most amazing dog in the whole world. Everyone who has met him over this past month has fallen in love with him.
I hope that this description can help to find Banjo the best possible home. If there was ever a dog that was deserving of an awesome and loving family it is this dog"

Banjo/Nick is being fostered in Denver. Applications and inquiries are currently being
accepted for this exceptional companion.
