Seal Point Siamese, fostered in Lodi

Dovie is a purebred Siamese from the same breeder that Anya and Tybalt came from, she was also kept in a small cage for most of her life and has taken a while to become the sweet kitty that she is today. She and Lovie have become best friends and need to be adopted together. Dovie isn't too fond of kitties other than Lovie and will put on a show by hissing and growling a bit to keep them out her her space. She has never shown aggression, she just likes to keep a 2-3 foot area of 'personal space'. Her beautiful seal point coloring enhances her bluish-purple eyes. She loves to perch on a cat tree and wants some loving every time you walk by. If you are interested in adopting Dovie and Lovie together, please contact their foster mom Jen at 916-217-2151 or email jennifer@purebredsplus.org. They are fostered in Lodi CA

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dovie, a Davis Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Davis, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Davis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Davis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Davis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Davis paves the way for another one to be saved.
