Jingle (& Belle)'s Story...
Jingle & his sister, Belle, made their way from a No. Carolina shelter to our rescue in search of a better life. Now 6 mos. old, they are fluffy, energetic, super affectionate, fun-loving kittens. Their foster family calls both Jingle & Belle "attention hogs" – they want to be petted nonstop; both “meerkat” up on their hind legs to headbutt your face and get to our hands as soon as you walk in. Jingle, especially, loves giving kisses! You couldn't ask for a sweeter pair! While they would love to find a home where they can remain together, they are open to forming a new feline family with a kitty already in your care. They are fine with the mellow dog in their foster home! Meet them in their Alexandria, VA foster home .

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jingle (& Belle), a Arlington Maine Coon kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Maine Coon kitten from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
