Hi New Friends!
My name is Palmer and my Mom says I’m a delightful bichon boy of one who is ‘beyond cute.’ She says I’m a happy, friendly, loving and amazing - and that I’m just as affectionate as I can be. (You see I have already worked my charm on her – and I wasn’t even trying very hard!)
When I came to Mom’s house, it wasn’t long before she fell in love. You see I taught her how to play – and to snuggle. (She’s getting very good at that, too!) Mom likes to watch me play with my stuffed cheetah. I carry it everywhere with me and try to find out where the sound comes from. I also like to hide it in the sofa cushions (then I go back to get it when I want to play.) Oh and I also like my small balls. I throw them and chase them (but I haven’t quite learned to bring it back.) Dad says I’m working on that part and, since I am quite smart, I should learn that part of the game soon. Needless to say I’m quite entertaining, as well as very cute and adorable!
I have a couple of very large doggy foster brothers who want to play with me. I prefer smaller dogs who are more like me. Since I’m such a friendly and outgoing little guy I’m just hoping that someone will come along for a play date. (Mom says that’s when pups like me can play with other pups and as friendly as I am that would be heaven!) I also like watching dogs on TV. Mom says I pay close attention to them and listen to what they are saying!
As for Dad, he likes me too! He says I love to go for walks and am learning that it’s fun to go for rides in the car – and that I’m housebroken, crate trained and a great little dog. Aw gee, Dad! That makes me feel all warm inside. I sleep quietly all night long in a crate in Mom and Dad’s room – but someday I’d love to sleep in the BIG people’s bed.
Mom says I am eager to please, very smart and a master cuddle bug. I love to snuggle in bed or on the couch (especially with Mom!) She says I’m don’t lift my leg in the house, am learning commands and like to go wherever you go. What I really need now is a forever family to call my own. Will you be the one for me?
