Foster Chicago! Love those ears. He is a beautiful boy!

Chicago is a happy and friendly 5 year-old guy who is really looking forward to learning all about becoming a beloved pet! He will need a home without cats or other small animals.

Foster Home Update:
I had to double check that he was 5 years old and not 5 months. Chicago is approaching living in a home with the wonder of a puppy, nose first. This super smart and active boy learned the house rules in three days. And he just keeps getting better as he settles in. Let him know what you want from him and he’s happy to give. Given some time, attention, and cookies, Chicago could learn some cool tricks. For now he’s learning to go on walks, walking nicely on the leash, and not getting his nose closed in doors. The farmers market intimidated him just a little, but the more you get him out the more comfortable he will be. Chicago likes to be where the people are, but isn’t pushy about attention. He can get a little in the way sometimes as he wants to be in the center of activity. He loves stuffie toys, fluffing the dog beds, and cookies. Watch out for his happy tail, its constantly wagging. He’s going to be a funny and fun addition to a family.
