Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kieran is 5-6 years old, house trained, good with other dogs, cats, and kids. She is well socialized, walks well on leash and rides great in the car. Kieran does have a rather unique health issue called diabetes insipidus which affects how much water she drinks. When on proper medication, her water intake is very close to what is normal for most dogs. If not on medication she must have constant access to water, will drink 4+ gallons a day and of course needs to go outside more often than the normal dog. We would like to find Kieran a home with someone who can keep her on the medication and realize that is a lot to ask because it is costly (80-100/month). She will have sanctuary here at the rescue in the meantime and donations toward the cost of her medication would be a wonderful way to help Kieran.
Please visit our web site at www.gprci.com for adoption information. Our adoption application can be completed on line or downloaded. A securely fenced yard is required for adoption of our rescues with very few exceptions.
