Evie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Evie's Story...
Evie is a year and a half old. She does very well with other dogs and is fine with cats. Evie loves to go for hikes and loves to play. She is typical beagle and either needs to be on a leash or in a securely fenced in area. She was found as a stray and though she is a bit on the heavy side, she has tons of love to give her new family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Evie, a New Milford Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle for sale in New Milford, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle dog from a breeder in New Milford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Milford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Milford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Milford paves the way for another one to be saved.
