Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi People,
My name is Jodie and I am a darling little bichon girl of 18 months. I’m nine pounds of soon-to-be fluffiness, who is great with other dogs and cats – and with both big and little people. I’m a natural greeter who believes everyone I meet is my next friend. And they usually are!
Mom says that, as cute as I am, I’m also very loving. While I love to play with my foster fur friends (both dogs and cats), I also love to sit on your lap, love to be petted and love to snuggle, But I’m more than just a cute face ‘cause remember I also love to play. Why I can make a game out of just about anything. Like finding a sock. (Mom says I look so cute when I find one and that I proudly carry it around the house.)
Dad says I enjoy my walks, rides in the car and am almost housebroken. He says I’m an extremely gentle little girl who gives doggy kisses to everyone I meet – and everyone who meets me thinks I’m very sweet. Dad says I’m really very good at stealing hearts! (I told him I’m a good girl and I would never steal anything!)
Mom says that I also have the bestest disposition in the world!!! She says I’m easy going, well behaved, don't have anxiety or fear and am sweet from morning until night. And speaking of night, when it’s time to go to sleep I’m the first one in the Big People’s bed where I sleep happily all night long.
I bet you are now thinking that I’m pretty special – and Mom and Dad agree that's true. I also have something else that makes me special. It is something I was born with and has kind of a funny name. What it means is that I can’t put a lot of weight on my back legs but I have no pain and get along just fine. (Mom says I have a little hitch in my get-along but it doesn't stop me for a minute. I just can’t do wind sprints or jumping jacks - but neither can the other dogs or cats. )
Since I’m a special little girl, Mom says that only the most special family will be right for me! So if you are looking for a darling little fluff who gets along with dogs, cat, children and more (just no elephants or giraffes) please ask for me. I’ll be waiting to meet you.
Sending doggy kisses to you,
Joyful and Jubilant Jodie
