My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Daphne and I am a 2 ½ year old Pit Bull Mix.
I have many unique things about me, including that I am a special needs dog. I am blind.
Everyone thinks, based on how I interact with the world around me that I have been blind from birth or for most of my life at least.
However, I do extremely well, and many people who initially meet me don’t realize that I am blind.
Once I have been in a new area at least once, I know my way around it, so I can navigate well without running in to things.
I also adjust to new places pretty quickly and become quite comfortable.
A few things that will make me a great addition to your family:

I am fully house trained
I don’t chew on things
I love children
I get along with most dogs
I don’t care at all about cats
I learn quickly
I love my people and want to be with them all the time
