Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello! My name is Mango and I want to be your new best friend! I come from Northeastern Ohio and I am a BAGEL. What is that you might ask?? I’m half beagle and half basset, so they call me a bagel and I weigh about 35 lbs. I have the face of a beagle and the long body and front legs of a basset, I’m very cute foster mom says and very gentle.
I love everyone and everything and I get along great with my foster sisters. I love little kids (they are on my level and I can give kisses) and I don’t seem to mind the neighbor’s cat much at all. My favorite things are playing with my bones and toys and cuddling up with my foster dad while he watches TV.
I am house trained and we are working on the crate training. I do not bark much at all until you leave the house and I am crated for the day. After a few minutes, I do calm down and wait for my foster family to come home. Then it’s all wags and kisses. I am also working on walking with a leash and collar, I am used to having a fenced in yard to run around in for exercise, so I’m working on it.
Thanks for checking me out and I can’t wait to become part of your family!
