Brandy's Story...
This gorgeous girl is Brandy, a 7 month old rotti/lab mix that is looking for a great new home. Brandy was turned in due to a child in the home having allergies. What a friendly and fun-loving girl Brandy is! This playful pup is very outgoing and just loves everyone she meets. When you meet young Brandy, she will most likely sit right down and offer you a pawshake. Brandy is constantly smiling and her tail is always wagging. She just loves playtime in our exercise yard and will play with any toy or ball that you toss for her. Brandy could use a little training with jumping during play, but she is a very fast learner and eager to please. She walks extremely well on a leash and is very polite. Brandy gets along with other dogs, and even likes cats. This is just the perfect girl! Please give our young Brandy the fresh start in life that she's hoping for. 6/28/13 File#22585

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brandy, a Forked River Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever for sale in Forked River, or seeking a Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Forked River.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Forked River already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Forked River breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Forked River paves the way for another one to be saved.
